Live Your Best Life
I am an experienced Masters Level Counselor who can help shape your perspective into a healthy and productive one. Whether it’s your career, your relationships, or anything else that’s important to you, I’ll help you through a journey of healing that will help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the challenges and emotional moments you may encounter in life.
In July 2011, after an eight-year battle with cancer, my grandson, Austin McCleary died at the age of 11. Since he was in the hospital so much of the time, one of the highlights of his day was when Kate’s Kart book cart came around to his room and he could receive a free book to take home. One day I was with Austin at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne and Austin said, “Grandma, sometimes there are children’s Bibles on the cart. Little kids need Bibles!” Austin’s faith in God was very important to him. He wanted others to know Jesus! So I decided to honor Austin’s faith by giving a portion of your counseling fee to Kate’s Kart to purchase children’s Bibles and Bible Stories to place on the cart so hospitalized children could have their own Bible to take home. Each Bible has a sticker on the inside with Austin’s name and picture on it as a memorial to him and his great faith in the Lord. We have partnered with Kate’s Kart to provide children’s Bibles to more than 24 hospitals in northern Indiana!
We are excited about this joint endeavor and hope you will be, too!! Person 2 Person Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit religious organization totally dependent on the Counseling fees of those served. Person 2 Person Ministries, Incorporated does not take insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. We receive no government grants or assistance. We have the usual expenses that need to be paid: salary, rent, office equipment, resources, i.e. the cost of running an organization. As much as we’d like to, we cannot offer “free services.” We depend on those who benefit from the counseling service to support it financially. An $80 fee per session is expected at the time of service. We are sorry, but, due to the costs of running a ministry, if the Counseling fee is not paid, counseling cannot continue.
A fee based on a sliding income scale can possibly be considered.
